Today is the start of this year’s edition of National Grief Awareness Week, which is led by The Good Grief Trust. The aim of the week is to raise awareness of the impact of grief and loss.
This year has been challenging with the interruptions to grieving due to COVID-19. Support for those grieving is important, and the current restrictions shouldn’t stop us from finding ways to support each other.

‘How We Grieve’ Remembrance Event
Join the ‘How we grieve’ event organised to bring us together as a community in remembrance of those that we have loved and lost to Covid-19.
Everyone experiences grief differently. There is no ‘normal’ or ‘right’ way to grieve. How we react will be influenced by many different things, including our cultural background and religious beliefs.
Today we come together as a community in remembrance of those that we have loved and lost to Covid-19
